Lophomyrmex Bedoti

Lophomyrmex bedoti is a monomorphic small ant. Without close examination the workers of Lophomyrmex bedoti can be easily mistaken for those of Pheidole ants. Unlike Pheidole ants Lophomymex do not have a major worker caste.
